New Feature: The Network Notepad Server manages locking when
client is connected. This makes locking work much more efficiently as
clients do not need to poll the lock file and the server pushes lock status
changes immediately to clients. Requires Network Notepad Server v1.0.39 or
later.
Change: The server and all clients must use the same date time
format when writing lock files. With this release a mismatch can be
corrected in the setup form.
Bug Fix/Change: Closefile incorrectly
updated the lock/edit button and menu entry when closing the non-active document.
Bug Fix: Some streams were not closed after use.
Bug Fix: A server halt
could cause an error in Netsend(), but the connection was not terminated and
